I can’t believe I missed this book last year. And it was Christmas time. The perfect gift!
One of my favorite new horror fiction authors, Jonathon Maberry, has a story featured in this collection.
It’s never too early to start buying belated Halloween gifts (known in some circles as Christmas presents).

I mean, what other size could they be?
Authentic color too. Since we know for certain what colors made up Frankenstein and Dracula’s wardrobes.
Maybe my Dad had one of these … time to dig up the basement.

Here at the Devil’s Demons, Vincent and I absolutely love toys. Get used to toy-related posts. If there’s one thing we will not outgrow, it is spending money on useless items that look really good on our desks but won’t assist in any other area.
This is outdated, but I just could not resist posting this. DYZPlastic, a division of Brooklyn artist Andrew Bell’s Dead Zebra, Inc created this toy a little over a year ago.
If you think that’s cool, then you can actually buy one of Andrew’s pieces from Creatures in my Head. And if you’re in NYC tonight (Thursday October 16th) you can head to Kid Robot NYC between 6 and 8 pm to pick up his latest toy Kidreaper and get it autographed:

Pretty killer. It glows in the dark for fuck’s sake. Other buy some other evil shit.

I’ll probably catch some shit for even admitting to liking these guys, but I cannot deny some of my guilty pleasures.
Taking a slight turn to the right from the more brutal death metal I have recommended before, I am now campaigning for the melodic gothy “look how depressed I sound” band Poisonblack.

Saw this coming a mile away. Much like the Crocodile Hunter outbreak 2 years ago.
Halloween won’t suck by the way. These people will though.

Yep, that title is not a joke.
Everyone’s favorite shopping mall porn/lingerie/cock ring store Adam and Eve is having a contest to vote on the best Halloween sex toy design.
NSFW after the jump. I highly recommend jumping if you want to see what Pinhead would look like represented in a phallic fashion.

Hey-o! I’m back from London. Remember when I said
for the next week I’ll be bringing you updates from all of my wicked adventures in London
Remember that? Lie. Sometimes things don’t work out. Due to unforeseen circumstances I couldn’t post to the website while I was away. However, I did manage to find many cool things in London and wrote about them, and took pictures and wrote about them, and drank a lot and wrote poorly about it, and broke my toe and wrote about that shit too. Only I couldn’t post these amazing entries. So I’m going to try to compile them into a form that’s not entirely boring and post them up either today or tomorrow. You can hardly bear the suspense. But you must.

While I was in NC a couple of weeks ago, I did my usual and roamed the aisles of K-Mart and Wal Mart looking for random Halloween items that I would never find in NYC. Well, here was one of them: Little Debbie Pumpkin Delights.
They looked “evil” enough based on the packaging shown above, and the fact that the pumpkin cookies appeared even the least bit sinister piqued my interest considering how much of a family-friendly brand Little Debbie is. So I picked up a box. I like anything pumpkin-flavored anyways, so there was nothing to lose.
