We Caught Rabies

Thursday, April 28th, 2011 by Vincent

Last night, as part of the TriBeCa Film Festival, Price and I saw what is billed as the “first Israeli horror movie” – Rabies. Whether that’s true or not I can’t attest to (I don’t honestly see how it could be, but it’s irrelevant). The movie was really damn good. The entire film was shot in Israel, and the dialog is in Hebrew, so you’ll need to be able to scan subtitles pretty quickly (who knew Israelis spoke at 400 wpm?).

Below is the trailer. I can’t imagine it won’t get picked up for wide release shortly, so when it does, catch it.

Note – The trailer is not subtitled, but you really don’t need subtitles to understand the international language of gore, terror, boobs, and woodland urination.

It’s too hot too write about horror … BUT

There is a lot of good horror-related stuff coming up this summer. TV and Movies come to mind. And other debauchery. More to come soon, we promise.
