Well, pretty much. A camera owned by Hitler, Martha Stewart might be more evil, but this thing comes pretty damn close I have to say.

This article on Zoombits led me to the work of Wayne Martin Belger and his Boy of Blue Industries, specifically the pictured Third Eye Camera.
