Zombies in my dreams …

Tuesday, November 25th, 2008 by Price

DREAM BITCH

What a nice thing to wake up to on a rainy Tuesday morning.

So I’ll try to make this as concise as possible, without leaving out any extremely important details. I wish I would have committed this to paper this morning shortly after waking, but like most good dreams, the enormity and potential meaning does not necessarily reveal itself until later on.

Sheet Metal or The Best Pun Ever

Tuesday, November 25th, 2008 by Vincent

Awesome blog The Deciblog (rhyme? no) has a sweet little post about nothing more than some heavy-metal decorated comforters. They’re perfect for the prospective lifelong virgin in your life. Though if you were considering donning a Manowar comforter on your bed, there was never a chance of you getting laid to begin with.

You know what isn’t evil? Hot Topic

Wednesday, November 19th, 2008 by Price

Holy shit, I had forgotten about this place for quite some time. This is a good thing. It’s probably due to the fact that I don’t live within walking distance of a mall, or have the patience to take the train to wherever they keep malls around here.

Why am I writing suddenly about Hot Topic? Do I have a sudden fetish for pasty skinny girls who would set off a metal detector a mile away? No, it was just referenced on South Park, that’s why. Instant blogging, hot off of the presses. So I write.

Good Rob Zombie Interview at Rollingstone.com

Wednesday, November 19th, 2008 by Vincent

Despite the shifting tides of emotion I’ve felt about the different stages of White/Rob Zombie’s music over the years, I’ve always liked the man himself, and this short interview about his upcoming White Zombie anthology, Let Sleeping Corpses Lie, is a great read for a slow-as-shit Wednesday and and even more agonizingly un-evil November.

Left 4 Dead comes out today

Tuesday, November 18th, 2008 by Price

And I am excited. If you recall, my little brother got me the game for my birthday. I pick it up today. Time to kill some zombies. Or eat some humans. I am not sure.

Price’s “Horror” comics part 4: My Name is Bruce

Sunday, November 16th, 2008 by Price

This one needs no explanation as to why it was chosen. I’m not going to write much on it, other than it’s a decent read for a one-off story. It’s a quick summary of the movie, and juding by the reviews it has received so far, you might be better off just spending $3.50 on the comic instead.

Vincent’s Ridiculous Movie Reviews: Final Destination 3

Sunday, November 16th, 2008 by Vincent

It was Friday night, I’d had a pretty rough Wednesday and Thursday, and I didn’t really feel like going out. So as the woman and I were perusing through the movies-on-demand I caught “Final Destination 3.” I remembered I’d heard the movie specifically referenced 3 or 4 times in the past, with “It totally doesn’t suck” as the accolade and sole reason I should watch it.  So we bit! (spoilers ahead)

Get your own vampire killing kit

Saturday, November 15th, 2008 by Price

See the auction details here. Authentic kit from the 1800s. I wish I lived in a time when vampires were still a legitimate possibility.
