Prepare yourself for World Zombie Day
September 24th, 2008 by PriceJust a friendly reminder to block out Sunday October 26th on all of your calendars. Not only is this the 5-times Halloween Eve, but it’s World Zombie Day!
Check out the details here, and more importantly, support the event by purchasing the shirts on the It’s Alive! Show’s website.
For those of you who don’t know, this is the largest gathering of Zombies each year. Zombies from all over unite to lurch around cities, stumble into bars, piss off non-Zombie patrons by spilling blood and guts all over, and then proceed to get shitfaced. If those things don’t sound exciting to you, you need to find a new blog.
The NYC event is a particularly big deal. Tell me this flyer does not excite your socks off:
The crawl is going to start at Union Square and culminate with a Zombie concert at the Knitting Factory. If you happen to be in the city that day, Vincent and I should be there in full force to report on the happenings. Get more information on the NYC version here.
Thanks to FearZone for reminding me of this special day.
